Be a man and just get them removed!
It's different for everyone. Kim just had some bad luck getting an infection. Some people do and some don't. Never know for sure...Just be carefull with what you put in your mouth!

Then you should make sure you eat all the things you love before you go!
And eat a lot off it so you'll be satisfied for a while! That will help....a little!
