Default OVERHEATING FRST HELP PLEASE

so far I have replaced...
headgasket twice
cylinder head
radiator
removed the thermostat
water pump
oilcooler
there are no leaks and the water & oil are not mixing, compression is the same on all cylinders.
After all this it STILL OVERHEATS
anyone got any ideas?

Do a pressure test of engine & cooling system, not expensive. Air lock in cooling system ?, crack in engine block ?, gasket leaking ?, water pipe blocked ?. Radiator check for blocks and flow ?.

engine warms up normally fan cuts in and the temp keeps rising.
does it even quicker if you set the heaters on cold.
I have flushed the hole system & there are no blockages.
last gasket that i removed didn't apper to have been leaking
no smell of antifreeze from exhaust or any steam
no water in the oil or vice versa
compression on cylinders are approx 13bar

could be the rad blocked, just because the water flows through it dosn't mean that the channels arn't blocked.

or could be an airlock.

if you leave it idling the temp still goes up but the fan seem able to control it, doesn't go down enough for the fan to cut off. when driving the temp goes up a lot quicker.
The rad has been changed for a good secondhand 1 which i flushed before fitting
