took my cossied powered dax rush for its maiden flight this weekend. Flipping fantastic, engines brand new but couldn't resist (only hit the limiter once - not bad for a car thats only done 8 miles )

A couple of my mates have had them over the years. I think the quickest one was running a 20L 16V Vauxhall for sprints and hillclimbs and £uck me did this thing go
Been out in the Mega Blade one as well but it just didnt seem to have the same poke about it. Seemed to lack torque so if you got held up behind something doing around 70 / 80mph it took an age to get the speed back. Oh and about 4 downshifts
Mental machines though and scruffythefirst i can only imagine that with the cossie engine it must be insane

my mates got one with a fireblade engine in it, we crashed the first day he had it! we were going down a country lane and the council had put a mini roundabout in we approached a little quick cause we werent expecting it got half way round it thought we had managaed to avoid crashing n the back end got away from him he caught it but clipped the edge of the roundabout sending us into a load of cones which got stuck in the steering!
