Default rebuild to rolling road

just got car back on road after having crank ground and new shells, how many miles do you recommend i do before i set it up on rolling road

If its had a hone and new rings, give it a couple of hundred smooth but hard driving miles, otherwise 10 miles should be plenty.

no just crank and shells, done about 20 easy miles and found that hard so have give it a bit now, but you hear people saying oh you gotta do at least 2-300 miles under 3000 rpm etc, done about 120 miles altogether, shall i just go for it then

Theres nothing that needs breaking in other than cams and piston rings, best way to bed the rings in is give it some welly. Other than that it doesn't matter (assuming its been built proeprly)
