Spring choice for 4x4??
What is the considered best choice of springs for a 4x4 sapph road car with Koni's? (With standard suspension layout only, coilovers are not an option.)
I'm currently using AVO/Chassis Dynamics springs on Koni's - whilst a lot better than standard, they are still a bit soft really, in terms of body roll and grounding-out going through dips in the road even though it's not deliberately lowered.
There's usually talk of "Ahmed" springs when this crops up - where do they come from? (apart from the obvious!

Anyone know what the spring rates are (lb/in or N/cm) for Standard 4x4, AVO, and Ahmed springs?
