what should the compression be on a cossie engine??????

just done the test but cant find the info i had saved,,,they are all identical in all 4,,,,,cheers.........

That depends on wheter it is on psi or on bar and what compression your running, but the most critical part is that all 4 cylinders are as identical as possible

well they are all the same but the tester could not be done right up as tight as it would go as we cant get in to do it up,so they were all done to the same tightness and all were 128 psi........

An engine will run correctly on anything over 50psi compression not saying that its good fishing to have comp that low but that is a guide

I got 11bar on pots 123 and 9.5bar on pot 4

time to take head off i think

if thats roughly what its ment to be...

did you do a proper test? as in wet and dry?

no we only done a dry test,will do a wet one sometime this weekend...
