Bloody orange
Bloody orange
I bought a phone and sent it back within a week and cancelled the contract almost before it had even began, they then kept billing me so I wrote a kind letter saying that i don't have an Orange contract etc. blah blah so could they refund the money. They replied today saying that they have put a fraud reference against me and my home saying that i have been subject to fraud.. what a bunch of bellends.
Anyway should I bother rectifying it or leave it (as I am moving out in 2 weeks) so won't bother me anymore.
Yay or nay?

Try and sort it mate... as I think fraud charges/CCJ's are also levied against the address and this might reflect on the new occupants if they try to get credit for anything.

As the letter said credit vendors do not frown upon this but take it as good head because you have reported it. I'll send a letter saying they have misunderstood and see what happens.
