BMW 330 Clubsport

Any body know much about these?

Seen one for sale which looks v. tasty but wasn't sure if it was a 330 with just a kit on it or is any different mechanically??

Its a body kitted 330

I think that I'll continue the hunt for a 330 convertible instead.
