FAO lewis, Sunny etc regarding Zetec turbo conversion
what zetec lump is it that il need to get for the conversion, is it the Zetec 'E'???

Yes mate thats the one ,
Older mondeo type ,
The newer focus ones have a better head but the actual engine is a bit more involved to fit
