i owe about £5.8k on a loan and £123.97 on a credit card
if i sold my cars i'd cover about 7 k so i dont class it as debt ... i got the 7k loan to buy a new car, then saved up a bit and got another car aswel.

19 and ive got about £300 on a credit card ive had for 6 weeks, and owe my rents 700 for car insurance. i try not to get into to much debt but i find it easier to borrow money and pay off debt than to save up for something for 2 months or whatever.

Owe about £400 to me dad and £500 to the bank and thats it.

VERY different story 5 years ago thou, was 8k in debt. And for as long as I live I am never ever ever getting in debt ever again.

The only thing I am ever gonna borrow money for is a house and thats it.

I am under the impression that's the worst thing you can do Jim. As far as I am aware you owe the interest on those loans you have signed into so taking out one big loan would have to cover the interest of those loans -and- have the added interest of the new big loan itself.

I may be wrong but that's how I understand it

Luckily not a penny apart from the mortgage

However a year after finishing Uni way back in 2000 I was £27k under Things were tight for a good year or two! Wont go back there again! Only thing worth getting in debt for is property...certainly not my cars!
