Hi

We will be looking for a true 1150 / 1200 bhp
it will be running 9000revs with 2.5+ bar boost on 1600cc injectors.

Physically its about 3 times the size but mines on twins whereas Keiths running a single. Flow wise my twins together can do maybe 80lb of air and Keiths can flow 140lb

I would like to think the first event will be Rotorstock at the end of May
plenty to do before then.

Keith, forgive the stupid question as i'm sure you've thought/tried it before but could you not use a supercharger/turbo system similar to the delta s4 to get you to spool up? Would this be benificial, possible etc? Could it increase your off the line speed significantly?

Pointless TBH.

Launch Control can give the car (or almost any car) 2bar+ on the start line, and a dog box, antilag, and full throttle changes, all mean theres no problem on the gearchanges.

And on rallycars etc its kinda pointless now as antilag does just as good a job.

And with a 'charger you got the extra losses by running the thing.

So generally, no, no need anymore on a race/rally/track/drag car

Launch control does it at the start line, in the same way ALS would in gearchanges (if not using full throttle changes), but no need for a throttle bypass as the throttle is wide open.
