Having a few problems on ebay, need to contact them by phone has anyone got a number...

ebays a machine, that takes you money gobbles it all up, theres no number, you cant phone the machine

As above, i think the only way you can contact them is via email.

And they very rarely give you a decent reply..........


If its something you have paid for, and via paypal, they now have a phone number on their site where you get a person not an answering service on the other end.....very helpful too....

eBay and Paypal are one in the same. eBay only has email support, Paypal does have phone support (after being forced to by a court!), both are absolutely useless. I could rant on for hours about both companies fact of the matter is I despise Paypal with a passion and I’m not keen on eBay either.

Customer services from Paypal and eBay are woefully inadequate - if you've got a problem chances are it won't be resolved. Having said they what else can you expect from a company whose average employee was flipping burgers a few months ago?

A little know service is ebay live help, not a phone call but similar to msn chat etc. just dont count on them being very helpful

Think im just gona have to have a run to essex to sort it out, been taken for £50, which isnt alot of money but its the fact that he is taking the piss and i hate liers and rip-off mechants..

Ow well lets hope the traffic planner at work gets me set for london this week....
