Lads, need help about an RS4, thinking about buying one, saw one on the autotrader site its in a garage called Keighley Trade Centre. Does anyone know anything about this garage, is it another Junction28? If anyone lives near could they have a look they wood be doing me a big favour. They can be money pits - make sure the garage gives you a GOOD warrantee. Mines just turned 42k miles, and needed a £4k gearbox rebuild, and has had 2 clutches (£1.1k each fitted), front and rear brakes (£1.2k for discs and pads fitted), 40k miles service(£1.1k with cambelt), tyres (about £650 for 4 michelin PS2s). If it needs a turbo, which isn't unheard of, both are replaced at the same time, 'cause the engine has to come out (big job).

Get the reg number, and ask if anyone on www.rs246.com knows anything about this particular car, or if there is a good one for sale elsewhere.

whats wrong with jc28? wasn't that long ago they were the people to go to if you wanted a vgc/mint cossie was it not? i'm guessing i've missed something?

about the audi, imho thats alot of money for quite a miley car. I know it's a RS4 and they're a bit quick but still..

what you after saloon or estate? have you considered the S6?

http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www...00615231599680

i know it's a couple of grand extra but it deffo looks the part and i bet the 4.2 V8 doesn't hang around much.

KTC has been described to me by someone in the trade, in the person's opinion only as 'a load of shit'. How true this is, I don't know, but it doesn't give them best of starts...

Be very carefull with KTC mate, They got a right pasting on mkivsupra.co.uk as nearly all there import cars are grade 3 or
below.

ie- the ones that have been crashed and repaired poorly.

There service was very poor also thats what i heard a little to far for
me to go and have a look though.

Whats the deal with J28 then??????

Always see there adverts on autotrader i thought that they had some nice
cars in?.

Is that it?!

i know of quite a few people who have random half cars round the back!

esp. if it's been in a rear ender, scrap the back half and just keep the front half for spares but it takes up less room cos it's only half a car!
