Whats the deal if you have not recieved an item that you have won and getting no where with the seller not replying to e-mails etc ?


I won an Apexi Rsm over 2 weeks ago the payment has been claimed instantly and still it has not arrived

Ive had 1 reply from the seller begining of last week saying it went with DHL and he would get the tracking number but 2mails later with no reply im still fooking waiting


Any help appreciated

Get his contact details from Ebay Doug and bell him!
Its amazing how people spring into action after a phone call instead of anonymous emails etc..

Doug, If he gives you the runaround, see if you can use 192.com (or similar) to get any other numbers listed... we caught some non-paying tosser out this way..

Just turn up on his door step if I can get an address but it sai's leeds then west sussex

 

E-Bay have a 'grievance procedure' for this sort of thing....... You should mail e-bay and report him and give them the details. I think it works on a 'set time' basis. If you don't get the deal completed, you might be able to claim a refund via e-bay or if you paid by credit card,you can get a refund from them,for 'non receipt of goods'........ This may help you.

 

Also Doug, if you dont receive it, get your money back, and get a nice Blitz Powermeter ID3 instead, which will work with the ABS Sensor!!! LOL!

Seriously though, if you paid with paypal, they I am told are likely to pay you back your money pretty quickly.

The guy has had plenty of time to deliver, get your money back!
