Facts & Figures
Acceleration: 0-100km/h (0-60mph) 3.8 sec.
1/4 Mile: 11 sec. (130mph)
Speed: 330 km/h (205 mph)
Engine: 5.7 liter, V10 68 degrees
Power: 612 bhp at 8000 rpm
Torque: 590 Nm at 5750 rpm
I stand corrected but still would back the gt

personally dont think the porker was trying.
doubt the truck is anymore than say 700bhp.
Think the GT is around 630 i think?
and weighs about half the weigh of the lightening.
the rolling start at the start of the video clip the porker would have foooked off completely if he was trying.
just a bit of decieving footage i think.

Cossie, although being turbocharged still only a 2 litre engine. Big fat assed truck as you call it, anything upto a 10 litre v8 plus super charger etc etc. Easily making 1000bhp+ Big V8 = good drag car, Cossie = not so good drag car
A standard "big fat assed truck" f150 lightning can run a 13 second quarter

i reckon it would need about 1000bhp to keep up with porker in a straigh line.
Porsche GT weigh 1380kg
Power 612 bhp / 457 KW @ 8000 rpm
Torque 590 Nm / 435 ft lbs @ 5750 rpm
0-60 mph Acceleration 3.8 s
Power to weight ratio 0.44 bhp / kg
Truck weighs in at 2120kg.
thats nearly a tonne heavier.
stock 0-60 is 5.2, doubt the truck could get anywhere near under 4's on the road.
This is all my opinion but i think that 20psi dreamer hasnt got a hope in hells chance.

What does Danny's truck run? cant remember his best time off the top of my head but it is very quick for a big truck AND is still only mildly tuned by his own admission and on road legal drag tyres, so I dont think its impossible that a seriously tuned truck can match or beat the porker.
I'm not arguing which is the better car, we ALL know which is the better car, but its not always the best cars that are fastest in a straight line.
Plus the guy in the porker doesnt seem to keen on racing it as he admits on the vid that he "knows whats in that"

IIRC that particular F150 is no where near standard and can do 10 second 1/4's so it's a long way of slow! All in all I would say both are pretty evenly matched over a quarter mile ... with the truck being quicker on gas. Top end should be more than obvious who is quicker though.
That GT Sounds amazing
