I will never use Vodaphone again ever even if they were the best and cheapest by far. The grief we had off them when trying to cancel a contract was stupid and ended in solicitors letters

Same happened to me with Vodafone about 3 years ago as Oranoco.
been with 02 online ever since and every year I look round to change but they better the deal and I end up staying
So far anyway.

Orange have got a few good points, although they have binned free 0800 numbers for new contracts
I like the text message if you have the phone off and the caller doesn't leave voice mail.
Free to talk to cust service too.

I used to be with vodafone and tbh i never had a prob with them and only changed to O2 as they were cheaper but cannot fault them on customer service
Im sure T-Mobile are doing a really good contract tho as my friend has just changed to them 1800 mins and 500 texts (i think) for Ł50 a month !!

I'm with Orange at the moment and have been for a long time.
The service is excellent, hardly any holding or problems getting in touch with customer service. I lost the back half of my phone once when out on the beers, I gave them a ring the next day and a new one was on my doorstep the following morning!
But that said, I may shift to o2 soon as I don't get much of a signal in my new office!
