I used to be with vodafone and tbh i never had a prob with them and only changed to O2 as they were cheaper but cannot fault them on customer service

Im sure T-Mobile are doing a really good contract tho as my friend has just changed to them 1800 mins and 500 texts (i think) for £50 a month !!
