Or stuff to use?

Want to do some bodykit repair, i.e screw holes that have pulled through, so i want to fill them and redrill.

depends on what the bumpers are made from

fiberglass and resin is fine

its not bumper gareth, its the arches and sideskirts.

bacislly you know where they are pop riveted onto the shell, well where they've been on and off a few time and poorly rivets the holes has been crushed and pulled through (hole is about 5-6mm)

so i want to fill these in and redrill the rivet holes.

how could i fibreglass a hole what small gareth?

surely some melted plastic would be easier?

you will also need some aluminium reinforcing mesh, they should sell it...

Just make up some bollox about starting a SMART repair business and need stock etc... They will believe you as every other SOB is

olot of the ford plastics wont weld it just moves away from the heat and burns , so the best thing to use is the plastic fillers and fill the hole then sand it flat i did some of the pop rivet hols on the sills of a 3 door iv just restored useing worth industries flexable plastic adesive resin and it works fine

Dunno if I would just use a flexible filler TBH... Granted some plastics dont like heat, in that instance I would use the cold weld (polyurathane) kit.... Perhaps thats what the Wurth product you mention is?? Does it mix two parts together via a mixer tip, like araldite?

yes mate it is as you say more of a cold weld but its what werth call it iv used it on loads of ford kits and it works fine it dosnt crack out goes of in seconds and is as flexable as the plastic and can be sanded to a nice finish as easy as caty can and best of all you dont have to buy expensive kits just the one tube , iv tried lots of this tipe of material over the years including image plast and dura mix but i find the worth stuff is better

I have never used anything like the products in your link, Wurth are trade only, for something similar see the link I posted
