Iv just been out in the old saff and the brakes judder like hell.
The discs and pads are only a few k miles old, and the calipers are recon.
What causes this prob and how can i overcome it?
Should i look at investing in a set of aftermarket calipers or is it just that the discs i have on it are shite?
If its the discs, does anyone know of some decent ones to buy??

Few things to check
1. are the discs warped - check the runout on them by rotating the disc assembly ( wheel off ) and holding a pointer near to the disc edge and see how much discrepancy there is
2. were the hubs to disc mounting faces cleaned thoroughly before installing the new discs?
3. Are your track control arm bushes all in really good nick?

I'll go with option 3. Mine are knackered. Cars booked into Tremona to get them all replaced next week. I have no confidence at all in them, all getting new powerflex ones, maybe I'll be able to brake in a straight line
