I GOT A NEW JOB TOO.........
Having read Faye's post about getting her new job with Toyota Finance, I was so pleased for her, and that everything worked out.
And it was a great day for me too..... after leaving P&O Shipping after 14 years of working on Cruise Ships, and deciding that I really did need to get a life, and stop the roller coaster........was harder than I thought. And after two and a half months of job searching and being offered jobs with apprentice scale salaries, I really was starting to think maybe I'd made a stupid move...........But today all that changed.
Interview number three paid off, and today I was offered the position of Southampton Cruise Ship Terminal Customer Service Manager.......Sensible Salary, Great Working Environment, and the opportunity to again meet up with some old friends I used to work with on the ships every time they dock in Southampton.
Feeling the best I've felt for months, after a really crap end to last year.
Really was getting close to running out of money and with a mortgage to pay, that ain't good. So now the cossie is no longer being considered for sale, and I can actually afford to tax it at the end of the month.....

Great news Jim!! So please. So will you be bringing her Monday to the meet? Mine will also be taxed Saturday and back on the road!! Birng it on
