FOLLOWING ON FRM MY VOLUNTARY REDUNDANCY POST.......
Well D day is coming this Friday is my last day at BT 
Quite sad really but looking forward to the payout 
And I went for a job Toyota Financial services and i only bloody got it!!! Start Tuesday so I got 1 Day of when I leave BT no rest for the wicked ay 
Still can't believe i got it
The tests they gave me in maths, spelling and English went right over my head Thought I had failed miserably!! The place is out of this world so state of the art! Water falls down the side of the building cars hanging from places they shouldn't be, all glass, its amazing there! Plus more money than BT and 5 minutes from home 
Can't wait now

I've been out of work since I finished working for P & O Shipping in January, been going for interviews almost every week, getting very despondant....And today I get a call.... Offering me the position of Southampton Cruise Ship Terminal Customer Service Manager......
, couldn't have hoped for a better job, still be able to see all my buddies who I worked with on the ships, and be able to go home at night.....
Good day for us both babe.... Now I just need to find a woman....and win the lottery.

As i realise after today how horrible and nerve racking interviews can be lol Great feeling hey 
I have not had an interview with another company for 8 years
so as you can imagine it was nerve racking to say the least But im so pleased my first interview landed me the job!! Don't fancy another of those for a long time as its more of an interrogation than an interview Thnaks for all your well wishes

I've just a close call with redundancy know how you must of felt!!
I've only just sent toyota finance a large cheque....
if you get there before it does, grab hold of it... tear it up and just put some notes like... erm PAID IN FULL on my account! cheers

I remember i went for a job there bout 3 year ago, didn't even get the interview. Got told "they already heard of me "
It was just after I left Audi tho, when I gave the Quality Controler a little slap for being dam rude ! LOL
