Default Does anyone think this is a con

Attn Phil Crough ;
Thanks for the mail.I have forwarded your car informations and pictures to my client.However after valuation due to time constraint on the fact that we are running out of time,I'm delighted to tell you that my client has recommended your car with full interest and has instructed me to carry on with the transaction in purchasing your car.
He also instructed me to inform you that payment will get to you in a certified check of £10,500,Which will cover the total cost of the Rally Truck,and also the shippment cost/charges.
So you are required to deduct the cost of your car £5,900 when payment gets to you and refund balance £4,600 to the Agent(our shiper)for him to be able to offset shipping,tax charges,and other necessary repair costs if necessary.
At this junction,we really need your Truth,Trust & Honesty in refunding the balance funds to the shipper after payment has gotten to you.However the shipper's agent will come for inspection,pick up (car & signing of title papers),make all necessary touches on the car if necessary and driven/move to a the prepaid shipper for shipment to my customer.
Please confirm this and forward the following informations;
Names:.........
Address:.............
Phone number:............
For payment to be made and sentout to you as soon as we have your contact informations.Your honesty,understanding and co-operation will be highly appreciated.
Have a wonderful day .
Best Regards,

Im not too sure wot to think any help wud be great cheers peeps

Scam!!

Apparently the cheque amount will come up on your bank statement making it look as though it's been cashed ok. You then send them some money only to find 2 weeks later that the cheque has bounced and you're out of pocket fella.
