im in a meeting from 11 till about 1 then got to go to sailsbury for an hours meetiiing then back into london for a dinenr and piss up

In light of the above facts I cannot at this time with any degree of accuracy state that my car is the one in the alleged letter, whom the driver was at the alleged time

If any of you remember my case recently where I used a PACE witness statement and got off. I've done it 3 times now, and got off each time. It's to long wided to expalin so search my past posts and find it, or pm me your details and I'll fill out one and post it to ya.

any ideas how it works with company cars?
as I think it is tax legal requirement to keep a log of drivers at the time?
would the pace statement etc do anything against this?
