Im with greenlight... have been so 3 or 4 years...

I am "more than" happy with the service I have recieved from them, dont think I have ever dealt with Tony or Neil either, just the staff there who have always been more knowledgable (even if just a little) than other companies... I'm not arse kissing, just feel its important to make it known

Your welcome Tony, and believe me, this isnt teh first time my freedom of speach policy on PassionFord has caused a little anguish, and it wont be the last, but like you say, once in 2 years is incredible, especially when that once was actually wrong, so take a bow Greenlight

First off, I was with Greenlight for a couple of years a while back.Had no problems with them. Only left because they dont cover my current car "As so many were stolen in the 80s and 90s" Though they could easily quote for a Cossie. But I guess thats the standard nuances of Insurance.

Anyway to my point. When Gus put in he was 80 by accident, why didnt he just get a quote based on an 80 year old on a Cossie with X years NCB, Alarm etc
