Default Does anyone else find the search function useless?

Everytime i think of posting i try and find an existing topic on this (as most things have already been asked )

9 times out of 10 the results are irrelevant and the 'keyword' i typed in just happens to appear once or twice throughout the post

Any opinions?

biggest tip that there is:

use more than one 'keyword' and separate them with AND so that it only comes ack with topics with both words in. that should narrow it down to more specific subjects.

can u search for words only in the topic title?? I think this would be a good idea otherwise

sometimes I find it works well other times utterly useless, lol

If I ever use AND then it never returns anything! you have to be very specific to get decent results with it!

it works if you know how to use it!

the more keywords you enter the more it narrows it down......putting "turbo" in or something will probably drag up every post ever made
