Default What is the most reliable power fiqure?

What would be the most reliable power figure from a standard 4x4 cosworth engine, with a group a headgasket.
The most bhp you can get without the need of a engine re-build!

I would say STAGE1 for most reliable, but thats only 280ish maybe a tad more, no doubt someone will prove me wrong, but if you start going for 330ish you will have to start thinking of changing your turbo and injectors and you did say STANDARD engine

stage 3 seems to last a while on a good nick bottom end, 330bhp or so.

its all to do with how goods your engine and who maps it but i would say 300 ish on standard turbo and head gasket

around the 300bhp mark to be safe imho

A "Good" Stage 1 will be fine

If the standard engine had all the major upgrades ie:- turbo, injectors,etc etc what would it be then?

If you mean what is a standard engine good for then it is about 370bhp

I had that in my 3DR with a TOTALLY standard engine and 205 block

To get a good 350bhp, what would I need.

I have a stage 3 ,t34 turbo, rs 500 inter, group a headgasket

You would need Light Blue or Grey injectors and a Good live map from a good tuner

But as a saftey measure budget for a WRC Headgasket as the group A item may not last to long, Uprated Clutch too
