Just wondering if any one could tell me if the escort cosworth has the same dash as the other escorts that are in the range??

basic dash is the same

Just the banana pod to identify it really, you would need to cut a hole to take the 3 centre clocks,

Other than that make sure you get a high spec insert facia with all the switches for the heated front & rear screen and front & rear fogs.

Obviously the guages, clocks & time clock are different & expensive to get hold of.

The esc cos has a banana pod to house the instrument binacle on the top part of the passenger side. It also houses a clock/;temp display where the std coin tray sits. And has a centre console to sit and cover the transmission housing. This leads to the handbrake and a centre armrest console.

also I believe the esc cos dash is a different darker blue colour

Also would anyone be able to tell me what the escort cosworth build quality is like?? is is well screwed together etc..

I heard that the escort cosworths were hand built so i thought they might of been of a higher quality.

 

pretty good imo

solid as

usual plastic interiors though

by faar the best cosworth with regards to build quality

 

they are about 100% stiffer than a std escort, so yeah build is very good lol
