Talk to MA Developments.

Ive arranged to buy a set of secondhand ones off him, i think he has quite a few customers on 1000cc who are now going up to 1200cc so are part exing their original ones.

Bosch_man got a set off him too i believe, so i would imagine he gets a few sets come back if two of us had them in the space of a couple of weeks.

Why do you specifically need 1000cc?

I guess it must be the new in thing to have huuuuge injectors?

IMO 1000cc is not needed until you start looking at 650bhp+ and i don't reckon there is that many YB engines running that even these days.

Im not planning on as much as that from my engine, but more than i feel is going to allow much headroom on 750cc injectors, thats why ive gone for them.

havent decided weather i`m going 1000cc or 750 yet but the car is going to only be used on the dragstrip and the odd trackday now so exctracting as much power as i can within my budget!

hence trying to work out exactley down to the penny what its going to cost as i already have most of the "engine" parts fitted anyway such as knife edge crank, shotpeened rods, big port head/cams (cams will need changed though)

need to price everything from gaskets to pistons etc.

Mark fits what are required, My 1000cc 's were at 100% duty cycle so have gone to 1200cc. Phil had mine for his DIY build.

I'm sure he does Rod, and i would say your engine would definatly fit in the 650+bhp catagory, eh.

my 1000cc are 70% maxed so probs could get away with 850's.
