How the hell you supposed to use your drive with all those cars parked there anyway? you'd need at least 2 of them moved so you can drive in and out freely?

If you know the person with the escort beside the mondeo then do them a good deed and fit the wheel trims to their car (providing they fit).

Have you got a drop kerb? I can't see very well...

As if you just have a normal kerb it is not classed as a driveway only a path......If it's dropped then it's different....

Whatever, he will just reverse onto the kerb, then drive over YOUR drive and then onto your garden

Don't know what to say really

If the snow had covered the grass and driveway when he parked, he maybe didn't know there was a driveway there and he genuinely thought he was parking in a quiet corner of a cul-de-sac.

Had this LOADS of times at the old mans workshop, its residential area and people just park across it at night ... (HAS to be a dropped curb)

In the past I just phone the local parking enforcement company (not the council or police), tell them I need to get a car out, they come along issue an £80 ticket, then clamp the car and send for a lifting lorry, they come along lift the car and impound it job done

Have to say though the last time they did it it took 3 £cuking hours for the lifting lorry to turn up

I would of told him that the person that owns the house and car have fecked off on holiday for a week .... but there are some spare keys (miles away) and either make the fecker wait or charge him what you want for travelling costs

Thats if it wasnt doing swimming lessons in the river thames by that time ...

Last time I looked in a condition ike this the law cannot do anything about it.
We get lots of trouble as people park across the front of our drive who go to a pub and we go in the pub and sk them nicely if they move the car we/I just say if it isnt oved now I wont be responsible for my actions or something like that if that dosnt do it I phone the police but when they came out they said hes not doing anything illegal hes just parking on the road.

I put a wheelbrace through the last idiot that did that at my house, and it was my neighbours brother. Prat left it there all night and pissed off home !! At 6am when I was leaving to go to work.............I wasn't best pleased and I'm not a morning person if you get my drift..............my neighbour did his nut at his brother and said he'd have done the same. Shoved over the road, bumped it up the kerb and left it there.

Learnt his lesson though.................
