Southport on a sunday night?

Hi all, I'm in Southport on a sunday night soon for a course with work.Where's the best places to go?

not sure what its like on a sunday night but the main street through southport,Lord Street iirc, has got some decent bars on it.

Scarisbrick hotel,in the back is good.

we normally go to Southport a few times but never find a decent night club that suits everyone were with.
