bad week
robbed and banned in the same week 
all started on monday (as most weeks do
)
break time at work- went to the cash point to get some money for dinner- money in the account but funds available= nil wtf
try another cash point- the same 
phoned home and got the wife to check balance on the computer
, same - money in the account but no money available- ok phone the bank and find out whats going on
guy from the bank said that there was no money available as there is £1400 clearing tomorrow
wife phones me back to ask what i had bought
upshot of this is that i had made a payment to my c/card over the phone to the friendly staff in india of £500- they then proceeded to take every penny in my account and my overdraft-total £2100
after being on the phone all day i was told to phone them back in the morning - quote my reference number as they had put a trace on the payments, they could then tell me what had happened to the money
phoned back in the morning and quoted the ref number only to be told that they could not speak to me about the problem
slam down the phone and drive in the snow to my local branch
nice lady in the bank was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours with no joy- nobody knows why the money was taken or where its gone to but as the c/card payment was made with my debit card which is visa she referred it to the dispute department who agreed to refund the money and sort it with the bank 
got back from court today and the money is in my account
but another payment has gone out and i had a letter saying that i was going to be charged for being over my overdraft- i was a bit annoyed 
as said - went to court today for my speeding and got a 28 day ban and £165 fine
not one of my better weeks - sorry for the moan

nearly pmsl when he asked how i wanted to pay the fine

No point driving in all that snow anyway
