Janspeed do do eom - a s/s and a mild stell. Ashley only do mild steel. I would refrain from m/s as they don't last too long - my mate had 2 Ashley m/s ones in 3 yrs on his MFi

I had a s/s Magnex on mine and it was truly the nuts. Superb fit, quality was amazing and perked the engine up more than expected. Sounded wicked too

According to Ford part numbers, the RS16i one is the same as the mk3 XR3i one

I had a Philbrad/Sportex system an manifold on mine. Costs about a £150 for both bits and lasted the whole time i had the car. They are a bit on the loud side, but if thats your thing they do a single box competition one as well.
Don't have their details but if your interested pm me tomorrow and i'll ave a hunt about for you.

Rs16i one is different from a 3i and the ports wont match properly.

Janspeed do them

My old car had over 100,000 miles on a Janspeed Mild Steel one so no worries about longevity.
