Has anybody got one i could borrow please???

This is my second pulley, the first broke coming off, so i bought a new replacement.
used Copperease Anti seize compund when i put it on in case i ever needed to take it off again.

Well now i need to remove it.

Used a 3 leg pulley, broken it in 2 places, tried heating it, soaked it in wd40, used a 6mm steel bar bolted into the screw holes and the main bolt to try and pull it off, it bent the steel bar.

Im running out of options short of cutting the thing off which i want to try and avoid.

Any other tips or suggestions???

Better still if anyone has the proper tool (the triangluar plated puller) could i please please borrow it???

Ive bought one now, so hopefully will be able to get the damn thing off in the next few days......

I had this last november when gettin ma belts n tensioners changed , fookin pullers broke a section of my pully and had to be the part with the little lug so the sensor wouldnt let the car run if i tried to re-use it

Only luck i had was that i knew a mate with a cossie who was breakin it up and went to his to pinch his one till i got one to return back to him

still was another £40 odd fookin quid for a second hand item ,beer tokens down the drain

I know what a nightmare........

Trouble is, ive had 2 pieces broken off now, and still the thing wont come off.....

im hoping the puller im getting in a couple of days will at least get the bl**dy thing off.......

Finally found a tool thats works really well. Pulled it off with ease and didn't cost much either. Well worth the money.

That's the tool I use too, much better than the three leg jobbies in my opinion

Yes definitely, as its attached via the 3 puller holes on the front, which is where the main bulk of the pulley (strength).

Shame i didn't use it before the 3 legged one which broke the pulley, but hopefully this will filter down to anyone else about to do the same thing....
