I was just going for the summer months to work in a bar
or something like that it has been something i always fancied
doing and now that i have finished my appprenticeship and got my trade papers i was going to go and have a few months out.

but i am a time served mechanical engineer
so now i'm actually thinking about going to somewhere
to carry on being an engineer for longer than just the summer

If its bar work you after the best thing to do is get out there early season as thats when youl see all the vacancies theyl give you a trial for a couple of nights and then if every things ok set you on then dureing the day you couid see if you couid get a start doing your trade couid be tricky if you dont know the lingo best to have some cash to take out with you as it can be hard at the beggining as its all commision based but well worth it i did tenerife with my ex for 7 months good luck

Suppose your thinking of just staying in Europe? If so will be a lot easier on getting a work permit etc as you wont have to go though all the form filling in etc and waiting to hear if u got a visa.

My adivce though is double check the area as somtiumes its a lot different working etc than holiday!

But go for it mate awsome experiance!

Steve

Came back a wrecked man from alcohol and drug abuse for a year but that was the way of life, but that was how i enjoyed myself. Loved every minute of it and opened my eyes upto a whole new seedy world what is the timeshare game.

Just do it m8 you'll regret it if you dont.
