Deffo No!!
Have around 530bhp in low boost & it feels painfully slow, the fun starts around 650bhp which gives a reasonable turn of speed.

lol at Rod at 530bhp feeling slow. Wonder what baby stage 3 would feel like to you Rod

In answer to your question Phil; If you've never had 500 bhp then it will feel fast. I thought Rod's was immense on Loew boost with Mark driving until he said watch this Rich. Boost control to full and we left YUM like he wasnt moving Most awesome ride ive ever had.

500bhp should give 180+mph, mid to low 12s (traction dependent) over the quarter and 0-100 in under 9s. o-60 should be under 5, but traction again is an issue.

good suspesion, good back end setup and everything setup properly.

Bosch-Man, i'd say it all depends what you're used to, how/what you drive etc. I guarentee you that if you came in my little slow xr2 i could scare the shit out of you on the muddy single track back lanes round here at night. But in a straight line it's about as fast as

Phil,

You have to understand that a standard cossie would feel slow after you have had a stage 3, so in terms off Rod saying 500 bhp is slow does actually make sense after piloting a 650/700 bhp cossie.

As for your question Phil
Imo you will only feel the benefit of anything much over 500hp if you use the car on track or just want bragging rights down the pub or on forums etc...

Totally agree although I would actually say 400bhp is more than enough in a road cossie in 99.99999999999999% of situations!

Porkie i'd agree my escos should be around 380bhp and feels well strong hence why i am leaving as that...plus i love anti lag

The sapphire is my daily drive so i want something thats reliable but OTT and the T4 scenario suits that

I don’t think I have an honest 500HP and I can’t honestly answer you when it comes to 0-60, 0-100 or top speed, but I can say I have run an 11.8 @ 124mph 1/4 mile with my 2wd Saff on street tyres. See here for more info, vids and pics……
