Is it easier to remove the entire front diff and casing on a 4x4 Cos or just replace the internals in situe?? Mine seems to of exploded on the inside, so changing it in a week or so... Been offered a brand new diff without the casing for pretty cheap or can get an entire diff for a little more cash...
Not sure which way to go???
Cheers

Ive got a diff sorted from North Yorks, which aint a bad price at all
But I see this on the net and might rebuild mine incase it blows again

For the price its at I might buy it and rebuild my old one once its removed, then I will have a spare
BBal, just for you mate:

Ive done gearbox, front and rear diffs now
Need a new clutch too
and on me 3rd clutch ratchet
