Ordered some guages online a while back, asked them to be delivered to my work address. Heard nothing for 10 days or so, so gave them a call. Theyd 'fogotten' to contact me. Turns out that they cant deliver to a non card holders address on your 1st order, which is fair enough. Stuff then took ages to come 'direct' from the supplier. Wasnt really bothered, just accepted it as a oversight.

Ordered another guage last week, keeping in mind they said they cant deliver to anywhere but the cardholders address on the 1st order, asked for delivery to work. Waited a week, nothing shows up... no contact etc. Ring them up and get fed exatcly the same story, yet this time its not just the first order - the first couple the bird says.

Its not the waiting or the delivery address that bothers me, its the fact that they just leave it until the customer chases to do something about it. Further more they still cant decide at what point theyll let me have stuff delivered elsewhere. Courier has a habit of leaving stuff in the top of the wheely bin @ home.

Nothing on the site that states that 1st order... or subsequent orders cannot be delivered to anywhere but the cardholders address!

Shit happens though

Well in fairness NO orders should ever go to another address for fraud reasons, but the oversight twice for failing to tell you is a bit off.Maybe third time lucky.

Wont be a third time, id rather wait a little longer next time and get the stuff from the states or another source. At least I should know the order has been processed.
