200bhp from a 1.8 zetec aint easy mate.

And basic stuff like cams, remap, etc etc wont get you a genuine 160 never mind 200 IMO.

Depends on the year.

My early N reg Si was 105bhp (or PS if yuo're being picky) against the 115 of the GTi, and my housemate's Si was the 115 engine.

All that aside, they're both hugely slow.

Im only a moderator of the mens room, not here.

And im not unfriendly, just telling the truth and giving you the answers.

I can tell you your car will be 8000bhp and is the best thing in the world if you want, but thought youd appreciate answers rather than sucky sucky bullshit.

you won't get 200BHP from a 1.8 without spending Cossie money on it, lol

unless it's an earlier 105ps Si, it's exactly the same engine as the GTi as said

I have 2 GTi's. Love 'em, love the look. They go very well for a 115ps 1.8 car IMO, but it's still only a 115ps 1.8 car, so that's not saying THAT much

got A cossie YB lump going in the one soon tho, 4x4
