i did this once on a reno5turbo.

the snapped bit wont be tight, so just need a way of unscrewin it.

way i did it was drill a small hole in the headbolt, and hammer a slightly bigger bit of metal into the hole, allowing u to unscrew it, easy.

Let me guess....

You forgot to swap the washers onto the new bolts off the old bolts and it's bottomed out in the block and snapped?

If you have, good luck cos you will fooking need it!!! If not, get a pair of stillsons or vice grips and see if it will wind back out.....

i think it might be my dodgy torque wrench, i did it all properly (i did swap the washers) last bolt on the end on the 3rd stage of tightening and snap! theres about an inch and a half still in there.

You would be supprised how many people forget to fit the washers!

Get the head off and some vice grips on it (tightly clamped on with PROPER vice grips and not these Ł2 market specials cos they're shit).

as above it does depend where its snapped.. if its deep down in the block (which i dont imagine it will be as there would be no stress there then your fucked other wise if its at the top.. or if there is a bit protruding then it will be simple as. The head bolt itself wont be 'tight' in the block and should unscrew easily.. the only thing it torques down to is the head itself.
If it was me i would just cut a notch in the top with a hacksaw and unscrew it!
For gods sake cover the bores up when your doing this as you wont want swarf going into the bores
