think there the same as a std sierra. if so try a scrap yard or a ford dealer

how much if u dont mind wouldnt mind gettin a poly bush for mine

as the rubber seems crap in my one

are these the same on 4wd cars?

is it worthwhile replacing if the one on there looks little tired?

difficult job? or just take the old one off and put the new one on?

i was leaning towards if you have to remove the diff, etc when changing it? or do you just prop it up, and swap them over

The diff is still held in place by the three carrier bolts (one long one that goes all the way through the diff at the back and two short ones at the front), so you should be able to remove the back mount with the diff still in place and refit the new diff mount.
