Right as some of u may know i order some wheels up for the passat rom one company. But after they failed to turn up after 2 weeks i canceled the order. I done this last Thursday i think. But the money still hasnt hit my bank account yet Going to phone them up tomorrow to see what the fuck they are playing at. But where do i stand if they start playing up? As i would like to tell him what will do if i dont get money asap etc.

Rhys, dunno when you ordered them, or where and how you did it/payed (ie, online, phoned mail order, or went to store in person and paid in store)

If it's either of the first two (ie, not paid instore or in person) then the company is probably covered by the distance selling act, and they can hold onto your money for max 30days from the date you cancel the order legally.

Of course if you went there and paid in person then by LAW they HAVE to refund you on the spot if you go back there in person or if you phone up to cancel, so long as you paid in store yourself (credit card OR cash)

 

Hmmm Just phone them up and said oh the money went out of our account. Said when, and they said 12th, hmmm a Sunday? Strange!! Will keep eye on this Anyone here live near Wrexham?
