IIRC, the torque rating for an RS Turbo 4 paddle is 185 lb/ft.

AP rate their clutches low as a disclaimer, I had 260+ lbs/ft running through a 4 paddle with no problems. However when the engine was taken apart, the clutch face was blue. Whether my driving style cooked it or the torque cooked it is unknown.

AP do different rated pressure plates, the one that comes standard with the 4 paddle clutch is only rated by AP to 170 lbft........but it can cope with a lot more than that, I'm running well over 200bhp & lbft and mine has never slipped. The highest rated one ( CP3560-2 ) is rated to 230 lbft by AP but considering how much they 'underate' the clamping capabilities I would say that it could cope with quite a bit more than 230 lbft

Benn,

My Alcon 6 paddle gives near standard pedal action/feel....haven't had chance to use it properly though...

I was offered a twin plate option when I went for the Alcon but I thought I would see how the 6 paddle performs first.
