Just got a 30gb video ipod and i am having trouble downloading stuff off the computer now if i purchase stuff off i tunes it downloads fine but if i try and do a sync list off media library (which is fine foe the mp3 player) nothing happens and its doing my head in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

any help appreciated
