well done to Karl for the mapping on my car
when i got it back it was so lairy i didn't dare floor it on the road ( 30 year old mk2 escort rwd on 195 tyres).
took it to bruntingthorpe today and did a genuine 165mph.
please bear in mind this is only a t34 not a t4
i am now a total convert to live mapping by Karl
and i understand why there are so many 'big up' posts when people get their cars back

good times stu, and you have my utmost respect for doing that speed.
it is easy for me to say that i would've had a go, but i might've bottled it.
done nearly that speed on a bike before though on a public road (in germany where it's derestricted before anyone calls the babylon) - good rush isn't it?
reckon you could've got a better launch and gearchanges with more runs to practice, and got into the 9's 0 - 100 mph and maybe a 1/4 in the 12's but you can't safely practice on the road with that kind of power
