So she's "bought" one already and you're asking what other people recommend?

i didn't fancy fitting socket rails in my top box as all the drilling etc, plus to clean it out from time to time is pain.
so i fitted draw liners throughout and then used halfords plastic tray socket holders, big black squares with "pins" to fit sockets in, can layout however you wish and easy to p0p out and give a clean if that bothers you.

They are good as you can lift them out if you need to move them for a pj etc

I have a large lift out mac tools socket tray that has 4 rows of socket clips that slide about on it. But I soon filled that up lol so on the cheap side I also have a square of wood with socket rails riveted to it that I can lift out the draw
