Default Whats my Snap On Box worth?

Seriously thinking of selling my Snap On Box - since I left MSD it's sat in storage and I could do with releasing the money from it...

It's one of the limited edition Rockingham 500 boxes and is in very good condition.

There are a few small marks/scratches etc. but they'll all photographed below and don't affect the box in any way - all the drawers run smoothly etc.

The box does stand tall, with the lid down it's just under nose level for me and i'm 6ft 3" ish.

The full width middle section means that storing torque wrenches, breaker bars etc is simple.

I seem to recall I paid around £2000 for it from the Snap On man...

All keys, booklets, paperwork etc. are present.

Has these two comedy/petrolhead badges on - both are magnetic and can be removed very easily

This mark is on the middle box and i can only think it came from when I moved the box in a van and the ratchet strap has rubbed, but basically it's rubbed the paint on the edge:

Very slight abrasion:

Scratch on the side of the roll cab:

This mark on the rear of the top box looks a lot worse in the photo but I was trying to get the lighting to show it up, it's honestly like someone has pushed their thumb into it, not anywhere near as bad as it looks!

I'm just trying to gauge what it's worth and whether selling it is the right thing for me now...

I've been absolutely as honest with the condition as I can but I would say overall it's in very good condition

Id say about £750 - £850 to be honest you will get more selling them single i.e top middle and bottom, as people who have a top might want a bottom and vice versa

I paid £750 for mine on fleabay and its a 42" box without the middle section yours has and it isn't a limited edition one. Thats I thought was a bargain as at the time they were going for more. You should see £1000 for that with ease, possibly a bit more imho.

Maybe seperate the middle section and sell it seperately? Would get more money that way I expect.

Paid £800 for the same size box box but mines a the limited england flag version. Its that middle section that people would be after.

If you sell that box sell the middle section seperately, might get £1200 for the lot but yours looks like it hasn't got lock 'n' roll so might get a bit less.

As the newly signed Snap-on man on here....that would sell for £1200 max off the truck. A dealer is only gonna give you £750 or so. Hope this helps...

The centre box is really rare, i searched for ages for one, eventually found one and paid £250, looking on e bay, I'd say as the others have said, do three different listings, i reckon you'd see around £1200 back for it all.

sell the mid section seperate! high demand for them

If its a pre lock and roll and friction slide box then its worth 800 quid.
