hi mate i have always powder coated the rocker covers i have done for me and other ppl, as i dont know how well normal painting would stand up to the heat that the cam cover gets, the cam cover gasket is in one piece mate and is a really simple job to do

just been powder coated

XR4TIman...I thought i told you?? I do have a cossie engine 4x4 one, 200block etc..but It's just on the back burner..I've been getting parts here and there..but still need some parts. I'm selling the mt75 and front diff..I don't want it...only cause I know it won't handle the monster power that will come out of it.

With reagrds to the powder coating topic. I bought 2 cans of black smooth finish hammerite and 1 can of white. If you rub the top coat of the old paint off and take your time with the masking tape and spraying and letting each coat dry properly you get a really good finish. Mines been on for three months and no cracks or any problems at all. Cost me Ł20. If any one wants a pic of the finished cover then let me know and I will sort it out.
