Default Fuel pump feed??

A mate of mine has asked me to get his 4x4 Saph running so he can sell it.
It’s been parked up for a while so I don’t know what’s been done or who has been messing around with it.
Its not getting power to fuel pump, what I need to know how the power feed works as it did have an alarm fitted so trying to work out if that is the fault or the engine loom is?
It’s been a while for me since working on the wiring side of things so just need a refresh of someone as I thought the engine loom send’s the signal to the pump so I should be able to test the fuel pump signal feed from the loom?

The power comes via a relay (behind the dash), who's ground is switched via the ECU (pin 28). Therefore the first thing to do is to verify the supply to the relay and the work from there.

I’ve just been to look at it today, defiantly no power to the pump.
So I tested the thick red/black wire at the relay near the ecu and it’s dead.
Will that be the feed to the fuel direct from that relay?

I’ve tested the power to the engine loom and have a permanent live and an ignition live to it and an earth, so I believe the engine loom is getting powered up ok.
