From previous experience, the B&M ones rattle like fuck and are a bit too harsh on the synchros IMO and was also quite difficult to get hold of from what I remember.

I'd go for an R and B Motorsport one if I was doing it again.

I got a B&M quick shift on my 4x4 box & its a lot better than the standard one or the swedish quick shifts ( just the ball bit on bottom) but Kitchen devil has a point do not change with to much anger as they do not like it .

That's the problem with the B&M quick shifts, they're too harsh on the synchros and can damage them causing crunching into gears, difficult to select gears or in my case smashing the synchros to bits if you're hard on gearchanges which I am.

Play it safe and get the R and B one mate.
