timing belt position
you know how the belts always sit right to the front of cam pulleys
i notice since doing mine it sits ever so slightly fwd over the edge,by about 1mm,anyone elses like that?
only reason i ask as my last 1 sat bang on the edge and i remember that clearly

is the belt tensioner on the right way round (hex visible) ?

yes had this problem before where some idiot put tensioner on anti clockwise

Has it got the retaining washer on the sprocket where the crank bolt goes in?!

Shim is on crank pulley yes.
The belt doesnt look wonky when running
